Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
